Syed Sajid Husain Kazmi is a Padma Shree Awards Nominated Indian youth, Right to Information, education advocate and an activist against social problems in India. He founded Indian Progressive Youth Forum (IPYF) in 2012 and has acted to protect the rights of more than 17000 youths in Uttar Pradesh. His work is recognised through various national and International honours and awards.
In year 2014 he gave up his career as an MBBS student and became chairman of Indian Progressive Youth Forum. He has also been involved with the Right To Information campaign in India. Through IPYF he operated a campaign in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in year 2014-2015 with intent of rising social rights awareness and accountability of the government. Kazmi has highlighted the difference in the education received and the skills needed for employability. He also has a role in establishing peace among the Shia and Sunni community in Lucknow by initiating interfaith and inter-religion oneness programs.
Kazmi aims, through his country program, to promote the equal rights of each and every citizen and to support their full participation in the political, social and economic development of their communities with all its partners to attain sustainable human development goals adopted b the world community and realisation of the vision of peace and social progress.
In addition, he aims at establishing Deen Dayal Upadhyay Council of Education Research and Training and Indian Youth Fellowship for imparting skill and social upliftment based programs.
It's my mission to advocate for the protection of Human Rights, to help meet their basic need and to expand their opportunity to reach their full potential. I insist that the survival , protection and development of human are universal development imperatives that are integral to human progress through mobilisation of political will and material resource to help country ensure a "first call for Human" and to built their capacity to form appropriate policies and deliver services for them.
I am committed to ensuring special protection for the most disadvantaged citizen of India- victim of war, disaster, extreme poverty, all form of violence and exploitations and those with disabilities.
